VIVO Infusion - Advanced PractitionerWe are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dynamic healthcare professionals in the greater Multi Clinic Dallas Fort Worth, TX! This hybrid role offers a flexible work environment, with a few days spent in our Multi Clinic Dallas Fort Worth, TX clinics and the opportunity to work from home.In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing infusion care provided by nurses in our physician-based ambulatory infusion centers in Multi Clinic Dallas Fort Worth, TX via telehealth as needed. You will create and maintain individualized care plans for all patients referred to the center, ensuring safe and effective care during infusion procedures. You will also serve as the primary clinical liaison between the referring physician's office and the infusion center, providing critical support to the team and evaluating patients' needs throughout the treatment process.Your expertise will be crucial in delivering compassionate care in accordance with State and Federal regulations, as well as company policies and guidelines, all within your scope of practice.This is an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner looking for a flexible, dynamic role where you can make a significant impact on patient care!Compensation:Pay Range: $62.00 - $66.00/hourBonus Plan Target: 5% Annually (Based on performance)Private Equity for the Greater Good - Company-wide Employee Ownership ProgramBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision HSA w/ Employer ContributionTouchcare - Insurance Concierge Service401K with Match up to 4%PTO: Accrual 3+ weeks PTO Buy-back, PTO Rollover, and PTO Donation Program.Wellness Reimbursement Program - $360 AnnuallyEmployee Referral Bonus - Uncapped Bonus PotentialTuition Assistance Program & Professional Association ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (Employer-provided)Short & long-term disability (Employer-provided)Life Insurance (Employer-provided)Employment Type, Schedule, FLSA Status:Full-timePosition Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pmNon-ExemptTravel as needed to other DFW clinicsLocation:909 9th AVE, STE 206 Fort Worth, TX 76104360 SE John Jones Drive, STE 112 Burleson, TX 76028601 Zena Rucker RD, STE 101 Southlake, TX 76092301 Highlander BLVD, STE 131 Arlington, TX 76018Primary duties and responsibilities:Reviews and evaluates clinical information provided by referring physician offices and admits appropriate patients for infusion.Evaluates newly referred patients and develops initial plans of care.Monitors plans of care and makes necessary changesPerforms pertinent physicals exams with assessment of normal and abnormal findings on new patients and confirms suitability for infusion.Reviews all lab reports provided by the referring physician.Requests diagnostic and lab studies of the referring physician upon evaluation of the patient as needed.Recognizes situations which require the immediate attention of a physician and initiates life-saving procedures when necessary.Consults with the supervising Medical Director as is necessary.Documents infusion orders in the electronic medical record.Dictates or documents notes in the electronic medical record.Additional duties and responsibilities:Promotes company quality outcome initiatives.Delegates responsibilities to staff nurses on duty.Follows company policies and CDC guidelines for infection control.Carries out all duties in a professional and courteous manner.Provides patient education and answers questions from prospective patients and referring physicians.Enforces all HIPAA compliance guidelines.Qualifications:Must have a current license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state in which service is provided.Must have current DEA license.ONCC/CRNI Certification preferredRheumatology and/or infusion experience preferred, but not required.1-3 years in a clinic setting preferred.Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service skills to identify and address patient needsIntermediate computer skills, MS OfficeStrong time management skills and ability to work independently to deliver key resultsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively and high degree of professional ethic, knowledge of confidential and regulatory compliance practices.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
