Now Hiring: Line Cook

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing quality, consistent dishes, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu items with attention to detail and consistency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high food standards

• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Passion for food and a commitment to providing great guest experiences

Skills:

• Basic cooking skills: Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.

• Knife skills: Ability to safely and efficiently chop, slice, and dice ingredients.

• Understanding of food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.

• Teamwork and communication: Ability to work effectively with other kitchen staff and follow instructions.

• Ability to work under pressure: Maintaining composure and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Physical stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift weights, and move around the kitchen.
