Financial Analyst

Work Model: Hybrid — 2 mandatory in‑office days per week, with additional in‑office days as needed when global teams are in town or based on business needs. Start Date: Approximately 2 weeks from offer acceptance. We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Florham Park, NJ. This role is a key member of the FP&A function and will support the generic business across financial planning, analysis, reporting, and gross‑to‑net management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. This person will partner closely with internal stakeholders and various levels of management to support both short‑term and long‑term financial planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the Associate Director of FP&A in financial planning and analysis activities for the generic business Assist with short‑term and long‑term forecasting, budgeting, and business plan Support gross‑to‑net management and related financial analysis Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for internal stakeholders and management Help ensure financial processes align with applicable compliance requirements, including IRS, GAAP, and IFRS standards Identify risks, anticipate issues, and help develop practical solutions in a fast‑paced environment Communicate financial results, trends, and insights clearly to both finance and non‑finance audiences Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required CPA preferred 4–6 years of relevant finance, accounting, or FP&A experience Generic pharmaceutical or broader pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including IRS, GAAP, and IFRS Supervisory experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required SAP experience is a plus Ability to think strategically while remaining hands‑on and detail‑oriented Strong communication skills with the ability to work with various levels of management, both internally and externally Personal Skills Strong interpersonal and people development skills Results‑oriented mindset Strong leadership capabilities Ability to anticipate problems and solve them efficientlyCollaborative business partner with strong analytical judgment Compensation & Benefits Salary: $110,000 Bonus: 10% target bonus Benefits: Medical benefits begin Day 1 through Cigna 401(k): Eligibility after 90 days of employment Vacation: 3 weeks, prorated based on 1 per year Sick Days: 5 per year Personal Days: 4 per year, prorated based on start date #J-18808-Ljbffr
