XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING Sit-Down Forklift Operators!
Location: McAllen, TX 78503
Pay: $15.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM/Finish
2 days off per week; days vary based on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and stage pallets
- Stack and organize products in warehouse/cold storage areas
- Inspect pallets and products for damage or discrepancies
- Follow forklift, warehouse, GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements
- Sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in cold storage environments
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Steel-toe boots required
- Background check and drug screening may apply
Dress Code: Jeans/pants, T-shirts, warm layers, and steel-toe boots.
