* Currently, the need is for a leader who has an interest in building a program, ideally becoming a team of 3, generalists and open to subspecialists
* Call will be 10 days/month - goal is to hire APPs to assist with call
* OR Block time available
* Variety of interesting and complicated cases; grateful patient base
* Work life balance is promoted, can have a 4 day work week
* Opportunity exists for academic partnership with the School of Medicine
* Teaching and research is available for those who are interested, but it is not a requirement
* Compensation starts off at the MGMA median, can quickly get above the 75th% with bonuses
