Assistant Store Manager /7-11

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll contribute to 7‑Eleven’s success by leading a team to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for our guests. Responsibilities: What Will You Do? Inventory Management procedures Shift coverage Ability to train and develop staff for all shifts (1st, 2nd, & Night-shift) Ability to perform night shift procedures Bank Deposits Electronic Voids Cycle Count Management (i.e. Cigarettes/ Hot foods / Beer) Ability to set up new items Qualifications High School diploma/GED with minimum 2 years applicable experience Prior successful food service, retail, grocery management experience Demonstrated effective training, coaching and conflict resolution skills Highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast‑paced environment Results oriented team player Ability to work flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays and on‑call Job Type: Full‑time Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 /hou Additional Information Physical Requirements: The Store Manager role requires constant standing, bending and reaching.
