About the Position

Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (18:45 - 07:15) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC Must-Have: First time travelers accepted. Floating is not required. Weekends required: Every other weekend. No on-call requirements. Description: Position is for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. The contract length is for 13 weeks. Nights will be the scheduled shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. The facility accepts locals and has no radius restrictions. Patient care in the emergency department will involve various diagnoses. Interdisciplinary support is available within the unit. The unit works with a variety of special procedures and equipment. Patient age groups will vary, and a daily census may involve multiple visits. Modules are part of the training and must be completed during orientation. Modules completed within the first 16 hours of orientation will not incur a charge. Modules completed after this time may be billable. Daily patient ratios are maintained for optimal care. No previous charge experience is necessary.
