Associate, Operation Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Services Associate to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will perform high-volume document processing, property loan servicing, and final verifications within a zero-error tolerance environment. salary: $19.5 - $20.5 per hour

work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment.
• Handle high volumes of live checks by accurately printing and matching them with corresponding reports.
• Meticulously follow detailed instructions for each package to ensure all contents are correct and compliant for dispatch.
• Perform final quality control verification of matched checks and reports to guarantee accuracy.
• Organize and prepare finalized packages for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities.
• Manage assigned processes and inventory to meet strict daily deadlines.
• Effectively manage time, set priorities, and concentrate on main objectives to meet all established deadlines.
• Adhere to all required company and client-driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Duties may vary based on area of focus (e.g., Payments, Refunds, Correspondence).
