About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President, a senior leader responsible for overseeing and coordinating the strategic, administrative, operational, governance, and financial affairs of the President's Office. The successful candidate will serve as the President's primary coordinator for institutional priorities, ensuring that organizational goals are clearly communicated and effectively advanced. This role requires a strategic partner who can drive coordination and accountability for key initiatives, establish and manage systems for tracking priorities, and lead special projects on behalf of the President. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in executive office operations, including budget management, and will support the President in external relations, board engagement, and institutional partnerships. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in relevant fields. Essential skills include the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, exceptional judgment, and the capacity to influence decision-making and drive alignment across teams. Experience in nonprofit governance, leading organizational change, and a strong understanding of executive office operations are highly valued. The role demands a service-oriented leader with a commitment to ethical stewardship, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships with integrity and diplomacy. While knowledge of international affairs is desirable, it is not a substitute for the required leadership and management experience.
