Smile Ambassador

Looking for an opportunity with direction? A Smile Ambassador is a specialized marketing representative who will work closely with the dental team to promote growth and community outreach. The Smile Ambassador position will be someone trained specifically in customer service and working with the general public. The regular tasks of a Smile Ambassador will involve assisting the offices in taking communication, providing information about the brand, brand products or services, generating sales opportunities both face-to-face and online, and working to build customer preference for the brand. This position will also include hosting and attending events to promote the brand. Skills / Requirements A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel Ability to be outgoing, energetic and able to work with the public. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Be able to work with minimal supervision. Must have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals. Good phone and computer skills and experience using social media. Be detail oriented with good organization. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required. Potential for bonus incentive programs such as referral bonus and other traffic driving based incentives.
