Do you enjoy technical challenges? Are you fluent in conversational CNC and meticulous about surface finish, form, and tolerance? Join our precision manufacturing team and put your OD/ID grinding skills to work.
What you’ll do- Own core grinding processes: between centers , chucking OD , and chucking ID
- Program and run Kellenberger Kel‑Vista (3) with conversational CNC and multi‑tool setups
- Leverage Kellenberger Kel‑Vita for advanced work, including non‑round grinding
- Operate a Jones & Shipman CNC grinder for precise between‑centers operations
- Track your time accurately using job clock‑in/clock‑out
- Follow scheduled job lists issued by your supervisor
- Partner with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections
- Handle customer components with extreme care to minimize scrap
- Maintain relentless focus on quality and efficiency
- Conversational CNC programming proficiency
- Hands‑on experience with production run setups and changeovers
- Solid manual machining skills
- Comfort with OD/ID grinding machines and related technologies
- Kellenberger Kel‑Vista (x3)
- Kellenberger Kel‑Vita (non‑round capable)
- Jones & Shipman CNC grinder
- OD/ID grinding equipment
