Are you looking for consistent miles, newer equipment, and home time you can count on? 365 Freight USA is expanding its fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor, east of I-35, and is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals based in or near Fayetteville, North Carolina. This opportunity is designed for drivers seeking a reliable career, with 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits to support you both on the road and at home.
Compensation and Benefits
- Average earnings: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or approximately $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, along with layover and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
- Health benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Routes and Equipment
- Predictable schedule: Regional lanes east of I-35, with weekly home time and a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Premium trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth equipment with a strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Driver comfort: Tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight type: 100% no-touch freight with drop-and-hook operations.
- Company programs: Pet and passenger rider programs are available from the first day.
Qualifications and Requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record and active U.S. Department of Transportation medical card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
