This role drives data-informed decision-making, process optimization, and AI-enabled financial efficiencies across the organization.Location: Northbrook, IL Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site. Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense management processes across the organization.Create and maintain financial dashboards, productivity metrics, profitability analyses, and executive reporting.Partner with department leaders to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.Lead financial process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, visibility, and accountability.Support vendor analysis, contract reviews, capital expenditure planning, and business case development.Manage cross-functional projects, system enhancements, and financial transformation initiatives.Serve as a strategic operational partner to leadership by providing actionable financial insights and recommendations.AI & Automation ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI-assisted forecasting models to improve budget accuracy and financial planning.Automate recurring financial reporting, board reports, and departmental scorecards.Leverage AI tools to identify spending trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.Implement workflow automation for approvals, budget requests, vendor management, and financial data collection.
