Learning Management System Administrator

Location: Northbrook, IL *3 days a week onsite Industry: Manufacturing Pay: $36 -$39 / Hour (based on experience) Employment Type : Contract for 6 months Hours : Monday through Friday from 8:30-5 pm Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Key Responsibilities Maintain and update learning content within the organization's Learning Management System (Workday Learning). Perform accurate data entry and ensure the learning course catalog remains current and well organized. Manage the shared learning mailbox, responding to inquiries promptly and providing excellent customer service to learners and stakeholders. Support ongoing learning administration and operational processes to ensure a high-quality user experience. Qualifications 1-3 years of HR experience within operations or HR Workday preferred, any HRIS experience required Bachelors Degree highly preferred Comfortable managing high-volume calendars and inbox triage Detail oriented with a strong execution mindset Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
