Sr. Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Service Representative to join their client's exceptional team in VIsta, California. This role is designed for a dedicated professional looking to provide top-tier customer service and support in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Working with PRTs, order processing, order tracking, shipment status, and RMAs Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and accurately. Maintain and update customer records in the company's database to ensure accurate information management. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Adapt to various customer situations and find effective solutions while adhering to company policies. Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance overall customer experience. Assist with training and mentoring new customer service representatives. Requirements 5+ years of recent Customer Service experience MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Work Hours Full-time position with typical hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
