Production Packers :
1st Shift 6AM – 4:30PM Monday – Thursday (Occasional Friday & Saturday)
Pay Rate $13/hr
2nd Shift 5pm-3:30am 1st Shift 6AM – 4:30PM Monday – Thursday (Occasional Friday & Saturday)
Pay Rate $15/hr
Company DescriptionCompany in Aberdeen, MD is seeking experienced Material Handlers / Clamp Forklift Operators to join our team. This role requires prior clamp and sit-down forklift experience with current certification on file. Candidates must be flexible and available for weekends and overtime as needed.
Working Schedule: Sunday & Monday 4am-5pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 5am-330pmPay differential only for Sunday at 22/hr
Responsibilities Operate clamp and sit-down forklifts, must be able to drive in reverse, will be tested on obstacle course and stacking product.
Loading and unloading materials
Picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
Cycle counting and inventory support
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Dispose of trash, debris, and packaging materials
Perform duties in accordance with performance measurement guidelines
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Current forklift certification (clamp & sit-down) on file – REQUIRED
Prior warehouse or material handling experience
Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Ability to meet productivity and safety standards
Must be reliable and punctual
Availability for weekends and overtime
