IT Help Desk Technician
We are seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Technician to serve as the first line of technical support for a banking environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access-related issues while ensuring a high level of customer service for both onsite and remote users.
This role requires strong desktop support experience, excellent communication skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of IT Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
- Proven experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and updating laptops, desktop PCs, smartphones, and tablets
- Experience performing hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Teams
- WebEx
- Cisco Jabber
- Experience supporting VPNs and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
- Experience managing and resolving tickets through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Ability to assist end users with device settings, applications, cloud storage, and connectivity issues
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
