Physical Therapist (PT) - Must Be Licensed - Contract

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of Arizona to work in the specialty area of Rehabilitation. This is a contract position, 2x8 days per week. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into day‑to‑day job performance. Minimum Requirements 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Rehabilitation. Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice.
