The position is ideal for a candidate with 0 to 3 years of experience or someone looking to change practice areas. This is a rare opportunity because you get to work with our team of highly accomplished attorneys and paralegals. Furthermore, we have a detailed training process that will accelerate your learning process.

$70,000 - $105,000 yearly

• Estate Planning: Meet with clients and help design customized estate plans.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Appear on court calls for estate administration and guardianship cases.
• Estate & Trust Administration: Prepare informal estates, manage trust administration tasks, and utilize firm templates to build comprehensive legal strategies.
• File Management: Maintain and manage independent client files from intake to resolution, working seamlessly within our firm's manual and systems.

Critical Requirements

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensure: Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, OR a recent law graduate scheduled to sit for the July 2026 Illinois Bar Exam.
• Language: Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required to serve our primary target market.
