You’ll help shape decisions that elevate both patient outcomes and the future of nursing.Job Summary and QualificationsDelivers professional nursing care to all patients presenting to the Cardiac Catherization, Interventional Radiology, Neuro Intervention and EP Lab; follows standard of care utilizing Nursing process in delivery of care; maintains accountability for professional decisions and actions.Responsible for the delivery of nursing care for all patients coming to the Cardiac Catherization, Interventional Radiology Neuro Intervention and EP LabPerforms nursing assessment/diagnosis/care plan/implementation of treatment/evaluation of treatment for all patientsAdministers treatment/medication/procedures within scope of practice; participates in coordination of care with Cardiac Cath Lab Management, departmental staff, physicians and ancillary services.Authorized to access secure drug and biological storage areas after completing a medication management orientation and when necessary to perform the assigned duties.What qualifications you will need:Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start dateBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(RN) Registered NurseAssociate Degree, or Bachelors DegreeMedical City Arlington, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
