Of Counsel Attorney – Insurance Coverage & Civil Defense Litigation

We are currently partnering with a well-established Seattle civil defense litigation firm seeking an Of Counsel Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with insurance coverage experience to handle complex litigation matters while working alongside a collaborative team that values professional development, exceptional client service, and high-quality advocacy.

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
• Proven experience researching insurance coverage issues and drafting coverage opinions
• Experience litigating insurance coverage and extra-contractual insurance matters preferred
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively alongside attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
• Motivated self-starter seeking increased responsibility and long-term professional growth
• Judicial clerkship or prior court experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
