What You'll Do as a Shift Leader

Lead a highly skilled team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
Teach and practice brand standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
Lead by example with strong time-management skills.
Assess team-member performance and foster a positive team culture.
Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor, engaging with guests.
Manage labor, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Natural leadership skills with a self-starting personality.
Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
Hard-working, team-oriented, and friendly individuals.
Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication.
Prior restaurant management or leadership experience is required.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United State
Ability to use a point-of-sale system.
Willingness to jump in and assist co-workers.

Physical Requirements

Availability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift.
Willingness to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
