Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Detroit, MI as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT equipment to support diagnostic imaging needs. This role requires adherence to departmental protocols and collaboration with radiologists and care teams to ensure patient safety and image quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program or equivalent.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or radiography with CT registry eligibility.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital radiology/CT environment.
• Demonstrated competence with contrast administration and CT protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 64-slice or higher multidetector CT scanners preferred.
• Prior experience working night shifts in a high-volume hospital preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0730.
• Schedule: 3x12 shifts per week.
• Expected hours per week: 36.
• Start: ASAP.
