Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in home and school settings in the Dover, PA area. This role involves delivering individualized, one-on-one nursing care, supporting daily health needs, and promoting a safe, comfortable environment for patients to thrive. Ideal candidates have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for patient-centered care. Flexible scheduling options may be available.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, it provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
