QQR’s core strengths are in the FTL verticals of dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, specialized flatbed, tanker and specialized petrochemicals, and gas transportation — and expedite shipping for customer critical shipments through expedited Sprinter van and Box trucks. What You’ll Earn Top performers earn $70k+ in year one Career advancement and leadership growth Thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, startup environment and culture Long-term stability with a growing logistics company where you are given the independence and opportunity to make an impact $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission (day one) What You\'ll Do (Mostly) Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers Negotiate rates and manage profitability across your freight Operate independently while collaborating with a supportive team Own your accounts and grow your book of business through grit and relentless customer service What You\'ll Do (In Corporate Speak) Prospect and build a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, emails, networking events, tradeshows and on site meetings Build and nurture customer relationships through proactive outreach, regular client engagement, and actively closing new business opportunities Conduct in-person visits with existing and prospective clients throughout the assigned territory, targeting three to four field days per week Partner with branch leadership to ensure alignment on forecasting objectives, business development planning, and sales pipeline management Exercise sound judgment and the ability to effectively reprioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Serve as a cross-functional liaison between internal departments to deliver a consistent and positive end-to-end customer experience Engage with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at varying organizational levels to gain a thorough understanding of each customer\'s operational challenges and supply chain objectives Develop and present customized logistics solutions that create measurable value and align with the client\'s broader business goals Contribute meaningfully to the regional sales team by consistently meeting net new revenue goals while actively sharing market insights, best practices, and collaborative ideas that elevate overall team performance Identify, target, and schedule face-to-face meetings with prospective new clients within the designated branch territory Maintain accurate and current records within the company CRM platform, with updates completed no less than once per week Sustain ongoing client relationships to support account health and long-term retention, working in close coordination with the assigned Account Executive or Account Manager Timely follow-up on inbound sales leads generated through overseas offices or directed by sales leadership Actively participate in company-provided training programs designed to strengthen relevant industry knowledge and sales capabilities Collaborate with the Sales Coordinator to prepare competitive quotes and manage a smooth onboarding handoff of new accounts to the appropriate Account Executive or Account Manager What You Bring (Required) High school diploma or GED (some college preferred) 2+ years of experience in logistic sales or operations (preferred FTL) Preferred, industry contacts or a current book of business Proven track record of consistent production Strong customer relationships with repeat freight Demonstrates skill of managing internal and external customer expectations Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment Experience using TMS and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar a plus) Tools & Support Provided Access to HubSpot for pipeline and customer management Use AI tools and QQR Technology to work more efficiently, increase your output, and build a consistent growing sales pipeline Access to ZoomInfo for prospecting and business development A leading, AI- and automation-driven TMS platform Full back-office support: billing, collections, carrier setup, and compliance Dedicated assets that provide the base capacity that you can sell the value add Strong internal team support so you can stay focused on selling and growing What Sets You Apart Competitive and driven mindset Strong communication and people skills Motivated by money and growth Resilience and coachability Comfortable making outbound calls and writing targeted, compelling emails — exceeding daily activity goals Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently, own and grow your business What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months, you will transition and grow your book of business on QQR\'s platform, deepen your shipper and carrier relationships, increase load volume and margin across your freight, and build a repeatable pipeline that supports continued growth.
