Project Executive - Data Centers

Responsibilities Develop and implement a plan to deliver required project and services efficiently. Manage all company contacts with new and existing clients. Generate business, negotiate contracts, estimate and bid on projects. Track profit/loss for assigned projects. Supervise project staff. May oversee a single large project or multiple projects. Required Qualifications 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction. 10+ years track record of delivering on‑time projects. 10+ years experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets. 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety. 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control. 10+ years managing and developing successful teams. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience and at least 15 years prior relevant experience.
