Job Description ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL is required. As a Systems Administrator , you will perform system administration functions. What You Will Do Stand up, configure, and maintain Linux servers. Monitor and perform patching and upgrades to standard networking resources, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor and perform patching and upgrades to servers and VM hardware. Assist and incorporate security compliance controls as applicable. Support documentation of non-applicable controls. Assist with installation of new or replacement hardware or software. Configure and integrate hardware or software with existing networked infrastructure. Assist with decommission and removal of obsolete, excess, or replaced hardware. Document inventory changes. The annual base salary range for this role is $137,000-$163,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Required Skills Proficient with Linux. Minimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience within the last 3 years. Experience with patching and upgrading Linux servers and networking resources. VM experience. Security+ certification. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university plus 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Five additional years of Systems Administrator experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Desired Skills (Not Required) Should have working knowledge and be able to use or support some, preferably most, of the following resources and tools. Dell and HPE Linux servers. Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls. Palo Alto firewalls. Ansible. Nutanix VM management. Rubrik data storage. Nomad containers. SALT scripts. LibreNMS. NetBox.
