Job Description ss will be measured through a combination of:New policies writtenWritten premiumQuote-to-sale conversionHome and Auto bundlingCross-selling/account roundingLead follow-upOverall quality and accuracy of business written Compensation & GrowthWe offer a compensation structure designed to reward strong sales performance, including base compensation plus performance-based incentives/commission.Successful LSPs will have opportunities to increase their earnings by consistently meeting and exceeding agency production goals. If you're competitive, comfortable on the phone, enjoy helping customers, and are motivated by closing business and achieving goals, we'd like to hear from you.
