Dental Receptionist - Highland Endodontics
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Highland Endodontics is a specialty dental practice dedicated to exceptional endodontic care in a comfortable, welcoming environment. Our team is committed to helping patients save their natural teeth through advanced root canal treatment and personalized care.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday 7am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
