Financial Planner

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Financial Planner to provide analytical and financial support to senior leadership. In this role, you’ll deliver insights that improve operational performance, support strategic decision-making, and enhance reporting accuracy. You will assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and enterprise reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to provide actionable recommendations.Onsite- Houston, TXKey ResponsibilitiesSupport senior leadership with financial analysis, operational performance improvement, and strategic projectsConduct variance analysis by comparing forecasts, budgets, and actual resultsAssist in the annual budget process and performance tracking of company-wide initiativesPrepare management reporting and presentations for leadership, Board of Directors, and external lendersLead OneStream projects to improve team efficiency, reporting accuracy, and analyticsCollect, validate, and manipulate data for reporting and analysisMaintain financial and business models and develop automated tools to enhance analytical insightsParticipate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in financial, business, or data analysisIntermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables); beginner PowerPoint skillsUnderstanding of P&L statementsHighly motivated, self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsProfessional presence and effective team playerAbility to travel domestically (<10% as needed)Preferred QualificationsExperience with OneStreamBackground in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer ScienceExperience with data analytics tools: Power Query, PowerPivot, Power BI, TableauWhy RelaDyne:You’ll find more than just a job-you’ll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.
