About the Position

We are seeking a Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician for an ongoing outpatient locum opportunity in South Carolina starting June 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for a steady weekday schedule with a manageable patient volume and long-term coverage potential.

Position Highlights:
• Ongoing assignment starting June 22, 2026
• 4 days per week
• 8-hour shifts with 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Ages 12+ patient population
• Mainly adult/geriatric patients
• No call responsibilities
• eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR

Practice Details:
• Solo physician coverage in clinic
• Supported by one CMA
• No APPs onsite
• No scribe support

Requirements:
• Active South Carolina license required
• Clean background and malpractice history preferred
• Family Medicine or Primary Care experience required

Travel & Lodging:
• Lodging assistance provided at approved hotel rates
• Standard rental car or mileage reimbursement available
• Airline travel not covered
