Maintenance & Repair Technician (ON-SITE)

**LOCATION: Dallas, TX** $52,000 - $60,000/salary Depending on ExperienceRepairs and general maintenance can include but is not limited to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and painting tasks**REQUIREMENTS:** Education & Experience 2-5+ Years’ experience in the general maintenance field Knowledge of engineering concepts Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics Effective interpersonal and written communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively o Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Ability/Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time Proficient in managing maintenance tasks through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
