Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at New Patterns ABA - CT. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify goals and objectives for each individual's treatment plan

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques

• Provide direct therapy services to clients, including one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and consultation with parents and caregivers

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to services

• Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and billing information

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy (Note: No experience necessary, but willingness to learn and grow is essential)

• Per Diem schedule, with availability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
