Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a polished, personable, and hospitality-driven Client Experience Specialist to serve as the first impression of our dealership and help create a seamless luxury experience for every guest.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, anticipates the needs of others, and thrives in an upscale customer-focused environment. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will welcome guests, coordinate their showroom experience, support the sales team, and ensure every interaction reflects the premium standards of the Porsche brand.

While this position does not sell vehicles, it plays a vital role in supporting the customer journey and the overall success of the sales team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and deliver a warm, personalized luxury experience from arrival through introduction to the sales team.
• Support showroom operations by engaging with guests, coordinating appointments, and assisting with customer flow.
• Answer inbound calls and communicate with guests regarding appointments, follow-up, and dealership information.
• Provide concierge-level service by anticipating guest needs, explaining dealership amenities, and supporting the overall customer journey.
• Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks that enhance the client experience and dealership performance.
• Help maintain Porsche customer experience standards while contributing to dealership sales success.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 10AM to 7PM, Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation
