Position Summary The Automotive Title Clerk is responsible for processing car deal registrations including legal documents for the DMV. The Automotive Title Clerk is to achieve this goal while maintaining a high performance customer centric environment. The Automotive Title Clerk reports directly to the Office Manager. Role and Responsibilities

• Prepares tax and title documents for Pennsylvania and “out of state” car deals.
• Submits all legal transfer documents to the DMV.
• Monitors compliance of PennDOT contract.
• Receives and processes paperwork from the F&I department.
• Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins as needed.
• Prepares and finalizes wholesale paperwork as needed.
• Reconciles payoff and title related accounting schedules.
• Prepares trade in vehicle jackets and maintains filing system of all processed Deal Jackets.
• Reviews and process KBB purchases as needed including customer checks and payoffs..
• Processes registration documents for Fleet deliveries.
• Maintains active titles including reviewing aged titles and applying for duplicate titles as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance, and work environment.
• Will assist in out-of-state titling processing when needed.
• Maintains Notary Public for the state of Pennsylvania.
• Takes part in Cross training initiatives designed to help team members grow
• Attends pertinent and mandatory companywide trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Accounting or automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Title and registration experience required.
