Travel Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) | Dublin, Ohio

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Desired Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license is required
• Minimum of one year's recent experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry unit, with preference for experience in orthopedic nursing
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and medication administration
• BLS certification (current)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
• Flexible, positive attitude with a willingness to float between units or care sites as operational needs require

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care on orthopedic, medical-surgical, and telemetry units
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and initiate individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, using sound clinical judgment
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards
