Job description
The Agency, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Burlington with leadership skills and the ability to direct and supervise staff. Strong customer service skills. This position is permanent in The Agency's Office.
Monday-Thursday 8:00-4:30 Friday 8-2:00
Responsibilities:
Oversee clients and resolve issues by making weekly and daily visits to accounts
Ensure a high quality of service is maintained
Train and manage team
Create and adjust staff schedules to meet the demands of business
Marketing
Oversee Payroll(entry-level)total time cards check off on payroll report submitted to the home office)
Qualifications:
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
College Degree or Management experience
Company Car
Health Life and Dental Insurance
After 90 Days - 12 paid holidays After 6 months two week vacation.
