Position Description Directly support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team (FST) at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, California. Duties include: Analyze and coordinate logistical functions in support of multiple engineering and sustainment efforts, including: Structural Avionics/Electrical Engineering RDT&E (Research, Development, Test & Evaluation); SLAP/SLEP (Service Life Assessment/Extension Programs); OOR (Out of Reporting); and ISR (In-Service Repairs) Support high‑tempo kitting operations associated with airframe changes, adapting to fast‑paced and shifting requirements in a dynamic environment Assist in tracking and managing over 4,000 components across 361 part numbers, ensuring alignment with evolving directives from PMA‑265 and other operational stakeholders Coordinate procurement, inventory control, collaboration with FRCSW manufacturing, and outbound logistics to meet mission timelines and support readiness Desired Experience Familiarity with logistics systems and tools including: ATLS OneTouch WebFLIS Navy ERP Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Security Clearance Current Secret Clearance Is Required Compensation and Benefits Base Salary Range: $35.00 – $45.00 This base pay range is specific to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Washington, and any other state that may require such disclosure. Compensation in other geographies may vary. Minimum Experience Requirements Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in Management, Technical, or Business analysis disciplines Minimum Education Requirements BS or BA degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science, or a "Relevant Technical Discipline."
