Nurse Assistant

Department: Home Health Daily Work Times: 8 am - 4:30 pm Shift : Day Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours: 80 Benefits: • 403(b) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Position Summary: Under direct supervision, provides personal and homemaking services to ill, convalescing, elderly, and disabled persons in the patients' home. Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Provides personal care of a patient, including bathing, grooming/hygiene, and toileting.
- Takes and records daily vital signs. Reports all vital signs that are outside the normal range.
- Assists patients with positioning/turning, transfers, catheter care, and range of motion exercises.
- Valid driver's license, proof of valid auto insurance, and maintain a driving record in accordance with McLaren's corporate driving policy and eligibility guidelines
- Six months of experience with a variety of patients.
