Job Type: Full-Time Location: Rutland, VT Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic / In-Person NEW GRADS ACCEPTED

We are seeking compassionate and motivated physical therapists to join its growing team in Rutland, VT. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized rehabilitation services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship and support from experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide high-quality physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
• Establish patient-centered goals and monitor progress throughout the course of treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote patient recovery, functional independence, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Active Vermont physical therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy, rehabilitation, and patient care principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in home care and individualized rehabilitation plans preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous outpatient or clinical experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship is provided.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options: Five 8-hour shifts, or Four 10-hour shifts, or Other flexible arrangements
• Monday - Friday schedule
• No weekends
