We are seeking a motivated and results-driven  Inside Sales Representative to join our Corporate team at our headquarters in  Addison, TX . Unlike our regional Inside Sales roles, this position is not dedicated to a single market — you'll support outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment-setting activity across  all Jani-King regions nationwide , stepping in wherever coverage or lead follow-up is needed most.

Position Summary

The Corporate Inside Sales Representative generates new business opportunities on behalf of multiple Jani-King regional offices through outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting. Rather than owning a single territory, this role flexes across regions based on need — following up on leads, supporting active campaigns, and helping cover gaps as new markets open or regional teams need extra capacity.

You'll be the first point of contact for many potential clients nationwide, introducing them to Jani-King's services, identifying needs, and scheduling meetings for the appropriate regional sales team. Success in this role requires confidence on the phone, strong communication skills, comfort switching between markets, and the drive to meet and exceed daily activity goals.

Key Responsibilities

•  High-Volume Outreach: Proactively connect with targeted businesses across multiple regions nationwide through outbound calls each day, driving meaningful conversations and consistently meeting or exceeding daily and weekly activity goals.
•  Engage & Qualify Prospects: Connect with decision-makers in any active region, introduce Jani-King's services, ask discovery questions to understand facility needs, and determine fit.
•  Multi-Region Lead Follow-Up: Reach out to prospects from inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, networking events, and prior sales calls across all regions to keep every pipeline active.
•  Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified, high-value appointments for the appropriate regional outside sales team, ensuring detailed notes and expectations are captured for a smooth handoff.
•  Flexible Regional Coverage: Shift focus across regions based on current priority — supporting markets with active campaigns, new office launches, or a backlog of leads needing follow-up.
•  Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all call activity, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system across every region you support, ensuring visibility and accountability.
•  Collaborate with Regional Sales Teams: Work closely with outside sales representatives in each region to align on strategy, share lead intelligence, and ensure scheduled appointments meet quality standards.
•  Contribute to Sales Campaigns: Participate in targeted outreach efforts for industry-specific promotions, seasonal campaigns, or new-market launches to boost lead flow nationwide.
•  Professional Representation: Uphold Jani-King's reputation through courteous, professional, and persistent communication that reflects our brand values in every market.
•  Results Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activity against goals across all supported regions, adjusting call strategies to continuously improve results.

What We're Looking For

• Prior telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling experience required (1–2 years preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance goals
• Comfortable managing multiple pipelines and shifting priorities across different markets at once
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support shifting regional priorities

As a member of the Corporate Sales Support team, you'll work primarily on-site in a professional office setting, spending your day on the phone and computer connecting with prospects across the country rather than a single local market. Expect close collaboration with regional outside sales teams nationwide, frequent shifts in focus as priorities change, and a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
