OPEN POSITION & SCHEDULE


We have an immediate need for a high-energy, hyper-organized, passionate Sales Associate to join our Gainsville location. As a Sales Associate, you will be one of the early team members during the pre-sales period. This critical position must have a solid understanding of sales and a passion to close the sale successfully and have a strong understanding of the value KidStrong program brings. This person must pose a high caliber approach to organization and be a self-motivator that is hungry to meet and beat goals. We will also include a bonus for each member that signs up!

SALES ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate excitement and awareness for the upcoming KidStrong center opening.
• Respond quickly to all new leads received through phone, text, email, social media, and online inquiries.
• Contact prospective families and explain the KidStrong program, membership options, presale pricing, and founding-member benefits.
• Follow up consistently with leads until they enroll, decline, or request no further contact.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly presale membership goals.
• Convert inquiries into Founding Members before the center opens.
• Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective members from the lead database.
• Keep lead statuses, follow-up dates, appointments, and enrollment information up to date.
• Clearly communicate the value of KidStrong rather than relying solely on discounts or promotions to close memberships.
• Handle common membership questions and objections professionally and confidently.
• Create urgency around limited presale pricing, founding-member opportunities, and available class spots without using misleading sales tactics.
• Process memberships, deposits, and required enrollment information accurately.
• Follow KidStrong sales scripts, processes, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, energy, and positivity when representing KidStrong.
• Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to track presale progress and identify opportunities to improve conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of KidStrong programming, age groups, class structure, schedules, policies, pricing, promotions, and frequently asked questions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred
• Strong sales mentality and comfortability with sales efforts
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule
• Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
• Practical work experience using CRM system
• Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• Outbound phone sales experience: 1+ years
• Customer Service: 2 years

Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
