We manage almost all administrative tasks, including billing, so that clinicians can focus on client care. What You’ll Do Deliver care: conduct comprehensive mental health intakes, develop treatment plans, and complete timely documentation including diagnoses, treatment plans, and session notes. Build a full‑time caseload: maintain a minimum of 25 direct client‑facing hours per week, with an initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week to support caseload growth. Provide supervision to licensed LMFTs/LSWs (LLMSWs). Required Qualifications & Core Competencies Full, unrestricted licensure in the State of Michigan (clinical practice). Provisional or limited licensure does not meet eligibility criteria. Master’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited institution. Clinical proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans and maintaining detailed documentation. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to establish and uphold ethical boundaries with clients. Consistently complete session records and required documentation in a timely manner. Comfortable working with a diverse population across age groups, backgrounds, and presenting issues. Proficient in office tools and electronic health records (EHR); experience with Valant is a plus. Preferred Qualifications & Expertise Private practice experience. Experience in providing clinical supervision or mentoring to limited‑licensed clinicians. Fully licensed clinicians credentialed with multiple insurance panels and EAPs. Experience leveraging social media and community marketing. Compensation and Work Hours Compensation: $78,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. Full‑time clinician (25 hours per week) with initial scheduling availability of 35 hours per week.
