Machine Operator
Pay : $18.00/hr

Location : Indianapolis, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator for our Creative Packaging Solutions Inc. client to start immediately at $18.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks and remove products that don't meet specifications
- Count, measure, and record production outputs accurately
- Load raw materials and keep machines supplied throughout the shift
- Perform basic machine adjustments and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean work area following safety and GMP standards
Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing experience as a machine operator (required)
- Basic math skills: counting, measuring, simple calculations
- Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work occasional overtime
