Senior Project Manager – Environmental Consulting
Erie, PA
$80K–$100K Base + Benefits

What you’ll be doing:

Lead all phases of environmental consulting projects including proposals, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and execution
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, laboratories, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
Prepare reports, permit applications, work plans, and technical deliverables
Manage field activities and oversee project implementation
Interpret environmental data, tables, graphs, and figures
Mentor and oversee junior staff
Support QA/QC efforts and maintain compliance with company and client safety standards
Participate in occasional field work and travel as needed

What they’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or related field
6–10 years of environmental and/or hydrogeologic consulting experience
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania Land Recycling Act 2 and Phase I ESAs
Strong technical writing and QA/QC skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Pennsylvania Professional Geologist License preferred, but not required
