AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Dream in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is more than a leasing role. AIR rewards strong performance with competitive pay and additional earning opportunities:

• Base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities with multiple ways to maximize your earnings.
• Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease, including:
  • Higher rent rate unit: Updated finishes, larger floor plan, better view, etc.
  • Exceeding monthly goal: Several tiers to increase the percentage of total lease value earned per lease.
  • Longer lease term: 18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length.
• 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community.

• Possible Extended Time Off (depending on business need) to enjoy a Winter Break after peak season has ended.

What You Will Do

• Turn qualified prospects into residents through prompt follow-up, personalized recommendations, and engaging apartment tours.
• Identify each prospect's needs and confidently present the apartment home, amenities, and lease options that best fit them.
• Address questions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Build and manage an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing, conversion, and occupancy goals.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the leasing process and keep accurate records of prospect activity, appointments, and next steps in AIR's leasing systems.
• Create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents at every interaction.
• Support community marketing initiatives and leasing needs across the AIR portfolio.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.

What You Have

• At least 1 year of sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience in a goal-oriented environment.
• A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, leasing, conversion, revenue, or other measurable performance goals.
• Experience guiding customers through a sales process, from understanding their needs and presenting solutions to addressing concerns and closing the sale.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and objection-handling skills.
• The ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while maintaining timely and consistent follow-up.
• Comfort learning and using leasing, CRM, and communication technology.
• Availability to work during community office hours, including weekends as needed. Hours may vary by community and season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
