Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.Key responsibilities/skills include:Train team members on how to improve their estimating skillsCoordinate with Project Manager for the development of preconstruction scheduleResponsible for Consults to Lead Estimator on the development and accuracy of project cost estimateAssist with quantity takeoffs and market research to estimating teamParticipate in risk mitigation meetingsParticipate in innovation vetting and implementationWork Collaborate with Lead scheduler to optimize the construction scheduleParticipate in cost negotiations and alignment with the ContractorParticipate in cost reconciliation meetings and follow up with estimate revisionsProvide constructability reviewsFollow and help /implement quality control planBid review and award recommendationParticipate in frequent project team coordination meetingsAssist with proposal strategyOther duties as assignedWe offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off!
