Legal Billing Manager

A national law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Manager to lead billing operations and support a busy, fast-paced legal environment. This role will oversee the billing team, manage the full billing cycle, and partner closely with attorneys and accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Responsibilities Oversee daily billing operations and monthly billing workflows Supervise and support billing staff performance and productivity Review invoices, billing edits, write-offs, and client billing requirements Ensure compliance with client guidelines and e-billing processes Partner with attorneys and finance teams to resolve billing issues and support collections efforts Assist with reporting, process improvements, and billing system updates Qualifications 5+ years of legal billing experience, preferably within a large law firm Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience with legal billing and e-billing software platforms Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Staffing
