Impacts the business results of an area or sub-function by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans Guided by function policies, resource requirements, budgets and business plan Incorporates understanding of business objectives and strategies in recommending functional goals and operating plans Influences others internally and externally, including senior division executives, vendors or regulators Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department/district integrates within the division Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams Implements functional plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities Decision-making is guided by Functional/Regional/Country objectives Pay & Benefits Salary - $170,000 - $200,000 Full-Time Bonus Eligible Relocation is not provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for (3 or 2) weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
