Maintenance MechanicPrescott, WI 54021Job Number: 289841 Pay Rate: $22.00-$29.00 hr depending on experienceJob DescriptionMaintenance Mechanic Pay rate: $22-$29 hr depending on experience We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd or 3rd shift to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support the safe and efficient operation of production and facility equipment. Responsibilities include:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.Assist with equipment installations, setups, and changeovers.Maintain maintenance records and work orders.Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).Support continuous improvement and facility maintenance initiatives.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, and work in an industrial environment for extended periods.Advance Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
